I have been a real estate broker since 2000. Contract language and negotiation are my particular areas of expertise. I believe that purchasers are making an important investment, so I am patient with their process of finding the right home at their terms. Equally, my seller clients are liquidating an asset, typically, so they can move on to their next venture. Confident guidance helps my client make that transition with peace of mind.

My file drawers are deep with experience of closed transactions - and I bring my expertise to each new relationship with a client. It is always an honor to be part of that experience ... whether it is a first time home purchase, or the sale of a multi-family investment property.

Representing buyer and seller clients is my career... it's not a hobby. I have served two terms on the Board for the Thurston County Association of Realtors, assisting the Realtor leadership in my community. I believe in win-win, and enjoy good relationships with my peers.

I have earned the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) designation; Accredited Seller's Representative (ASR) designation; the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation; and am a Graduate of Realtor Institute (GRI).

Continuing education in my field of business just makes sense. Whether or not the clock hours are required for my license renewal - I continue taking real estate courses to enhance my knowledge and service of my clients.
